Q1: How much weight can the 5cm tape hold?

A: Holding capacity depends on contact area, surface material, and curing time. On smooth, non-porous surfaces (glass, metal, varnished wood), every 10cm length of fully cured 5cm tape can support approximately 5–8 kg (11–18 lbs) in vertical pull. For heavier items, increase the tape length or use multiple fixation points.

Q2: Is this hook-and-loop tape sold as a 2-in-1 (hook & loop together) or as separate rolls?

A: We offer both options:

• 2-in-1 (mated pair): Hook and loop are side-sewn on the same roll — fold and stick for instant fastening.
• Separate rolls: Hook roll and loop roll shipped individually — ideal when you need to apply them to different surfaces.

Q3: Will the adhesive damage my wall or leave residue when removed?

A: On smooth, hard surfaces (tiles, glass, metal, baked enamel), peeling slowly at a 180° angle usually leaves no residue. On painted drywall, wallpaper, or rough wood, the adhesive may pull off surface coatings — this is due to the substrate’s strength, not the adhesive itself. For delicate walls, we recommend using the tape with adhesive hooks or mounting clips.

Q4: Can I use this outdoors? Will rain make it fall off?

A: Absolutely. The adhesive is water-resistant and performs well in light rain or humid conditions. However, continuous submersion in water is not recommended. Also ensure the surface is completely dry before application.

Q5: When I order by the meter, do you ship one continuous piece or cut into segments?

A: You will receive one continuous, uncut roll. For example, a 5-meter order ships as a single 5-meter roll, so you can cut it to your exact needs — no waste, no awkward leftover pieces.

Q6: Can I get this slit into narrower widths or custom shapes?

A: Yes! We offer secondary processing services:
