A: MOQ depends on the pattern, number of colors, and material. Simple designs in standard colors usually allow a lower starting quantity. More complex patterns are quoted after artwork review. Please ask us about current stock designs as availability changes.

Q2: What file format do I need for custom logos or patterns?

A: AI, CDR, or EPS vector artwork gives the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can also work. We convert the artwork into a weaving file and make a physical sample for approval before bulk production.

Q3: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes. Stock samples and custom samples are both available. Shipping may be charged for stock samples. Custom development normally carries a sampling fee, which can be credited back after order confirmation.

Q4: How do you ensure the elastic won’t lose its stretch after washing?

A: Stretch retention depends on the core yarn, fabric construction, and wash conditions. We use spandex or covered rubber yarn and can arrange wash and recovery tests for the selected construction before bulk production.

Q5: Is the product safe for baby and children’s wear?

A: We can make tape for baby and children’s wear, but the material and certification should be confirmed for the specific order. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 options are available on request for products that require harmful-substance testing.

Q6: What is the lead time for custom orders?

A: Custom samples usually take 3-7 days. Bulk production is normally 10-20 days after sample approval, depending on order size and pattern complexity. We confirm the working schedule when the order details are settled.

Q7: What makes 2.5cm width different from wider options like 5cm?

A: A 2.5cm tape gives support without the bulk of a 5cm waistband elastic. It is a useful width for underwear, children’s wear, narrow sportswear panels, straps, and accessories.

Q8: Can you match Pantone colors?

A: Yes. Send the Pantone reference with your artwork. We can prepare a lab dip or yarn color sample for approval before bulk dyeing.

Q9: What packaging options are available?

A: Standard packing is 50 yards per roll, with each roll in a poly bag and the rolls packed in export cartons. Branded roll labels and custom inner or outer cartons can also be arranged.
